• Account data — your email address and login credentials, used to create and secure your account (legal basis: performance of our contract with you).
• Room photos and project content — photos you upload, your style, room type and budget choices, notes, and the AI-generated ideas and visualizations we create for you, used to provide the service (legal basis: contract).
• Support messages — anything you send us when you ask for help (legal basis: legitimate interests).
• Usage and device data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, used for security, fraud prevention and improving the product (legal basis: legitimate interests).

Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe, not by us — we never see or store your card number.

• Service providers — hosting, database and AI processing providers that help us run the service, bound to process data only on our instructions.
• Stripe (payment provider) — for the sale of access, payments, tax calculation and invoicing. Stripe processes your purchase data under its own privacy terms.
• Professional advisers — legal or accounting advisers where needed.
• Authorities — where required by law.

Some of our service providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and your access period runs. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. If your account is closed, project data may be deleted after a short export window — see our Terms of Service.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and strict access controls. Your room photos are stored privately and are only visible to your account.

We use essential cookies and storage needed to keep you signed in and run the service. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
