Pretty Smart Spaces is operated by Heather Cline ("we", "us"). When you use Pretty Smart Spaces or buy access, you are contracting with Heather Cline. You can reach us at prettysmartspacesapp@gmail.com.

Pretty Smart Spaces is an AI-assisted room decorating tool. You upload photos of your rooms, choose a style, room type and budget, and the service generates decorating ideas, color palettes, furniture suggestions, shopping checklists, mood boards and AI-redesigned visualizations of your room.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or imperfect. Ideas, palettes, prices and product suggestions are inspirational starting points, not professional interior design, architectural or safety advice. You are responsible for your prompts and uploads, for verifying anything you act on, and for having the rights to any photo you upload.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live). Keep your account credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account — and provide accurate information when you sign up.

Access is sold as a one-time payment of $29 USD for one year of access. Your purchase includes up to 10 rooms with 3 AI visualizations per room. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan for personal, non-commercial use.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

You must not misuse the service. That includes:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, including spam;
• uploading content you don't have rights to, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property;
• uploading malware, probing or attacking the service, or scraping it;
• generating content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive or misleading, or attempting to bypass the service's safety limits;
• reverse engineering the service, reselling or redistributing it, or circumventing plan limits.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter AI outputs, and suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated or serious violations.

We own the service and its software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to provide the service to you. AI-generated visualizations and plans created from your uploads are yours to use for your own decorating projects. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us at prettysmartspacesapp@gmail.com and we will review and remove it where appropriate.

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When access ends, your right to use the service stops; contact us within 30 days if you need an export of your project data, after which it may be deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, and disputes will be heard in its courts, unless your local consumer law gives you different rights. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of the business. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
